My girls come to me with the goal of losing 10-20-30kg, but what they achieve is so much more than just the aesthetic goal. We build a lifestyle they love, they set themselves to a higher standard, and finally put themselves and their goals back as number one on their priority list
Paris
Paris is a full time student as well as working full time, studying medicine. She wanted more for herself, she made a promise to herself 1 year ago that she would be totally transformed by her 25h birthday. No longer live in a body she was unhappy with, no longer accept negative comments from those around her, and no longer live up to those comments.
1 year later, Paris is 30kg down, she is a totally different person, her confidence is through the roof, her standards are high and she is hooked. 30kg down, another 30 to go. And I guarantee we will get there.
Using time as your excuse? Paris has no time, she makes time.
Alex
Alex came to me wanting to change, but not knowing where to start.
It was a physical change she was looking for, but in the process went through a full emotional change. She let go of things in her life that she realised did not serve her, and made room for better. As well as losing 20kg in the process, building muscle and having the confidence to do a photoshoot which she never thought she would do in a million years.
Confidence comes from action. Do not wait around hoping it will come, act first, and it will find you.
Prang
Prang wanted to become strong. She wanted to have that “toned” look that we all strive for. From never stepping foot in a gym to becoming obsessed with the weight room, squatting and deadlifting more than her body weight, and she also gained some SERIOUS results in the process.
Worry that lifting will make you bulky? Think again! It will make you tight, toned and feminine, if done under the right guidance.
Laurie
63 years young Laurie came to me wanting to get rid of her belly fat and focus on her long term health as she ages. Like many women before her she had been told “its just your age, you will never be able to change”.
Well she has proved them wrong and continues to prove them wrong. She has more energy, more strength, more progress and more confidence now than she ever has
